New Lock reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, notice will be provided via your registered email or through the platform.
You must be 18 years of age or older to open an account and use New Lock's services. This is a legal requirement and no exceptions will be made.
If it is established that a member opened an account while under 18 years of age, the account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be deemed void.
Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all of them will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.
You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering. Accounts created with false or incorrect details may have withdrawals blocked and could be permanently closed.
Keep your account password strictly confidential. Do not share it with anyone. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your account.

You may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded to your registered payment method (bonus balance excluded).
